Miguel Guerra is an illustrator and writer, best known for his graphic novel series, Samurai Elf. He is also a featured artist in Heavy Metal Magazine.〔() ''Heavy Metal Magazine'' July 1, 2007.〕 Miguel has translated 14 titles for NBM Publishing and is currently a translator for Heavy Metal Magazine. ==Biography== Miguel Guerra was born in Madrid to a Spanish mother and an American father. He grew up in Alcalá de Henares, northeast of Madrid. At the age of 8 his family moved to Canada. Guerra obtained his first art-related job as a teenager, apprenticing with an artist who created and etched illustrations onto granite tombstones. Since then, he’s created pin-ups, short stories, web art, and logos for various publishers and companies.
